Help! tachometer 1990 Corvette

The tachometer in my 1990 Corvette coupe stopped working. Can anyone tell me what to look for or how to trouble shoot this problem?

Anything else that stopped at the same time?
If you open the hood and look behind the battery, there is a "bulk" harness about 2" by 3".
The Vette bible says to start there first and check for moisture in it.
Be careful with the small clips when you try to open it.
As with all small plastic parts they can easily break.

Nothing else stopped. I will look at the area you suggested. Thanks very much Jim

Forgot to ask, did you do something to the distributor like replacing wires?Could the small white wire under the dizzy be loose? Check if it sits tight.
