Welcome to CAC Ktullos. This might help until you can find a new door. I bought my C5 a few months ago and the previous owner did a little "repair" job on my glove box door and the area of the console next to it. He used some dye to touch it up. My interior is black and you really can't tell where the damage was. Perhaps you can touch yours up until you can find a replacement. Good luck.

It looks like the previous owner scuffed the upper black dash and it carried over and scuffed onto the glovebox door in black. I havnt tried to remove the black scuff marks. Its apparently the material that the black dash is made out of. Any thoughts on a product that might remove the scuff without damaging the glovebox door (tan).

You might want to try Mr. Clean Eraser, found in the household products section of the supermarket. It has worked wonders for many people. Use it gently, and it just might remove those scuff marks.
