Hi, Need some info for my 2000 C-5 Hardtop. The previous owner installed OEM Z06 Gray Rims and Tires,as you know the tires are larger. The rears are 295's and fronts are 265's for alignment should I have them set like the 01 Z-06 ? Also what are the correct settings so I'll know if they know what there doing. Thanks .......Dr C5 Corvette~

HI there,
You can really do the alignment either way. Just remember, if you tailor the specifications to ZO6/FE4, you will wear the tires faster than if you set the alignment up to Z51/FE3 specs.
The increase in negative camber is what will wear the tires on the inside edge.
The up side to this equation, is that the handling will be just short of perfect. Razor sharp and balanced.
Below are the specs for each. These are ideal, NOT TOLERANCED.
Allthebest, c4c5:W

Z51 Hardtop
Caster, front +6.9
Camber, front -0.2
Toe +0.04
Camber, rear -0.2
Toe -0.01

ZO6/FE4
Caster, front +6.9
Camber, front -0.7
Toe +0.04
Camber, rear -0.7
Toe -0.01

Thanks c4c5, ok so the Z06 set up is for road course type racing for left and right hand turns and the Z-51 set up has more contact patch all the time on the road. I like the autoban type driving/touring set up so should I go for the stock Z51 set up then? Thanks. ps: I am also going with the 04 Z06 shocks as well. Dr C5 Corvette

Yes, I would stay with what you have. The 04 Fe4 shocks will be great for you.

HI there,
Your specs are the same as Z51 coupe, NOT ZO6/FE4.
