WOW!! Ive got my car back. All is well and I will have a dyno sheet scanned tomorrow to post.
Since everyone wants to know the numbers here they are....
406rwhp
536rwtq
This was with fairly hot intercoolers. A/F ratio was perfect in the mid rpm range but pretty fat on bottom. This can not be corrected without using a completely programmable race cpu such as racelogix or something like that. Noteworthy point...one run before last, torque hit 540 and blew the compressor pipe so we didn't get to finish that one. The passenger pipe has to come out for a plug change, kind tough to get back in there.
All in all not to shabby for a completely stock B2k with upgraded wonderbar. It was about 85 degrees in the shop.
What it came down to was the AFPR. Bottom line DO NOT try to exceed 370rwhp with out using an AFPR. Once we put it on the A/F got right in line and power came up. Wastegate gaskets are holding good. Boost is around 55". We also changed the plugs and advanced the timing to the stock position. For some unknown reason, the timing had been retarded.
Lastly, BIG PROPS to Norris Motorsports of Ocoee, FL. I cant emphasize enough how professional and first class these guys are. Mike went thru the learning process with me, let me hang at the shop, and was VERY fair on the price. We've already started discussing the future of the car
XXXrwhp is the next goal for me
Driving the car was awesome tonight. The power was seamless and violent
I drove the car pretty easy plus everytime I started to get on it the tires went.
