The C6 CD...

A friend gave me the C6 CD that comes with the new Corvette's brouchure, but nothing comes up nor does anything show up when I try to view the CD. I tried it in my laptop and that acts like there's nothing in it at all.

My question, is there something I'm missing? Or is it just my luck again to get a defective disc? :L :L

Its a DVD . Try that, it is very well done and fun to watch while waiting for the car to arrive

Ken , my brother and I each have a copy of it too . We can't play it on our DVD drive's in our computers but it works fine in our home entertainment DVD players . I don't know why that is . But check6 is right . It's really worth watching . It took us over an hour to cover it all . Cliff

It's the DVD, not the CD, sorry. And it's not a copy - it's the original one that's given out.

I know there's information on it because somehow (I can't remember now how I discovered it) I was able to see the properties on my laptop. But as soon as I tried to open it I was denied access.

The curious thing is that I cannot see anything on it when it's in my desktop computer.

Ken...I am not trying to be a smartass....but do you have a DVD player in your home computer, or is it just a CD player? If you have a DVD player in your home computer do you have the DVD player software to play the disk?

I thought I played Jeff's Car Show DVDs on it before, Jon. I guess I didn't 'cause it won't play now. I'm getting the same as with the C6 DVD -- nothing there! Oh well, thanks for trying to help the dummy anyhow guys.

You can also pick up a dvd player for your computer for about 30 bucks.
