The Case for a Spiral Grey Z06....

The new "spiral grey" has become a popular color on a number of brands; the Mini, BMW, C5 Corvette and others.

I thought it might look good on a Z06:

Add to this the black chrome Panther wheel treatment. Do you think it would sell?

I love the Spiral Gray Color. When I was at the Bowling Green Plant last year, a couple engineers had a Spiral Gray coupe pulled over to the side and they were looking at various parts of the body.

Luckily the car was backed up to the line where the tours go through so I had a chance to look at the paint closeup. UNBELIEVABLE The surface looked like a sparkling pool of water that you could just dip your hand into. It has incredible clarity and depth.

Yeah I really like the color as well. It's a very cool looking metallic paint. I was just looking at an 03 sprial gray coupe. But I wanted a Z06 instead, got the black Z06.
