Well I tell ya what, I JUST MAY have to go if no other L81'ers aren't going... It really isn't in our plans for this year. We still have a lot to do around the new house here in Amarillo, and our daughter and 2 grand kids are coming down here somewhere around this same timeframe...

Rare has made the trip a couple of times from Modesto, CA ~ Bowling Green, KY... I bet she wouldn't even work up a sweat from Amarillo, TX ~ Bowling Green, KY After all the work and what Rare and I've been through, she would rather be DRIVEN than parked in the garage

You would be amazed all the "Countries" the L81 Gear has been sent and to the best of my knowledge only 2 honorary L81 Members... Andre' and BLACKDOG...

It would be an Honor to meet you and your L81, I'm sure Rare would find it worth the trip too. Somehow, whether I bring it or sent it, I'll get the L81VetteRegistry Banner to the Baymont Inn. AND should I be able to get there in person, I'd be happy to be your CruiseFest Idol Manager, you know, kind of like a body guard, to keep the fans at arms length AND too deal with the Judges If I can arrange to get there, I'm sure my ole pal would be more than happy to assist in getting all the strings that need broken ~ Broke, and the arms twisted, that need Twisted... err ah I mean help with the publicity and hand shaking

All you L81'ers on the East Side, NorthEast and SouthEast, it's not too late to get registered and get a room for CruiseFest III.

Make all the excuses you want, but next years CruiseFest will most likely NOT be this close or on your side of the continent.

Some of you want to get togther, WELL here is a chance to meet fellow Corvette Action Center Corvette Owners, L81VetteRegistry members, tour the Corvette Plant and NCM... PLUS take in ALL the CruiseFest activities.

Trust me your L81 will enjoy itself more than just sitting in your garage, and so will YOU

I'll be there but will probably be in my VR 06 Coupe. Wife doesn't like to ride that far in the 81:eyerole Oh well.....
