The only thing almost as much fun as driving an old Corvette

I was under the Corvette, trying to dislodge the differential pinion nut - when my neighbor went out to his garage, pulled the cover off his red Miata, got in with his wife, and drove off with the top down and the stereo blasting. I thought to myself, I wouldn't trade working under this old Corvette for the best top down ride a Miata can provide.

If I wanted to ride in a convertible Miata, I'd just just go to the local go-kart track.

Sorry guys I like to drive mine more than I like to work on it. BUT- if there was nothing to tinker with or adjust I thinkI'd get bored.

I agree 100%. I actually love working on mine, but if I can't drive it for 3/4 months, then it gets harder to enjoy!

I wouldn't trade working under this old Corvette for the best top down ride a Miata can provide.

I also have a Miata. Had to turbocharge it to make it enjoyable to drive. It is alot of fun now, but I would easily pick my convertible vette over my miata any day of the week.
