The speiss project

Does anyone know what the Speiss project is?

I have 2 intercoolers that are experimental units from a project called the Speiss and they were made by Behr or some other German manufacturer who's name I forgot (it was 2 names)

Reeves Callaway confirmed that they were those intercoolers but I would like to know what that project is. Here's the intercoolers

Doesn't appear to be related to the C4 Callaway Vettes but then again you probably already knew that.

those intercoolers look to be about the same dimensions as the B2K units, with carbon fiber?? endtanks??

yeah, the tanks are carbon fiber. Looks like I'll have to bug Reeves Callaway some more, it probably was some kind of Porsche project.
