What this site needs is more people viewing & responding to the classifieds.
At the bottom of the home page there is a little box with the last 5 classified posts.

Part of the problem is why this thread even exists. The thread title is "This site needs a parts/cars FOR Sale" section. I assume many members are not aware it even exists!

I'm going to try the classified section again after the C5 Birthday Bash and see if I get any interest in a set of tires and wheels I don't need.

I listed a glass roof there and didn't get any responses but I think glass roofs are available everywhere and no body is going to pay shipping also if they can find one locally.

Probably the same for the tires/wheels but I'll try.

Maybe it should be placed in each individual section that way it is easier to find

Maybe moving the Active Topics section should be moved to the bottom above the for sale section. That would force people to scan the rest of the front page and also take notice of the for sale section. I know for me I almost never notice anything on the front page except the Active Topics because I go straight into a post.

The classified section is part of the forum but when you do a search for new posts, the last 2 days, etc.; nothing from the classified section shows up.

Adding the classified to the search feature would surely bring it to everyone's attention.
