Hey all,
I have a 94 LT1 6-speed. I have some questions about the throttle body bypass. How exactly is it done? How much does it cost to do it and is it worth doing?
Thanks for all your help in advance.

Do a search on the forum for Throttle Bypass.
Someone on here has posted pics and a better description.
below is as much as I can recall from doing mine
Some places sell a kit.
btw, Most folks do not even buy the kit.
Go to a local auto zone and get a pair of caps to seal up the Throttle Body.
Cover the area of the engine around and above the Opti Spark(the 87 DOES have optispark, right?) with a towel or something to absorb any coolant that might leak out of the lines.
Follow the smaller coolant hose from the radiator cap area to the driver's side of the TB.
Yu will see where it comes out the other side and goes along the passengers side of the fuel rail.
Pull the driver's and passenger's side lines off the TB and plug the TB with the caps you picked up at AutoZone. 3$
If you are as lucky as I was, the line that originally ran to the driver's side, will actually reach where the pass. side goes back into the system above the fuel rail.
I simply pulled the pass side line out completely, and with a new hose clamp, attached the original driver's side line straight from the radiator split to the passenger's side fuel rail entry.
Checked it for coolant leaks after a quick trip around the block.
Hope it makes sense the way I re-told it -
