timing question

Can anyone tell me what the timing should be on my 77 vette? It has been bored .30 over, dart 202 heads,flat top pistons,edelbrock performer intake, RV cam & headers 9.5:1 comp.
stock HEI dist. and true dual exhaust.

OOHHH........You will not like the RV cam. It's dead at ~4500 RPM and chevy's love revs but to each its own....
Try 16 deg. If it pings under load or is hard starting back it down 2 deg.
