tip for replacing swaybar bushings with urethane

Real quick one... if you're using Energy Suspension's parts (and probably others as well), you need to remove the metal shell around the old bushing as well as the old bushing and core when you're doing the sway bar and end links. The instructions say remove the bushing and THEN remove the shell by smacking it with a hammer.

However... I discovered today that if you just hit the shell WHILE the bushing is still in there (put the piece on the edge of a block of wood), everything comes out in one piece very easily and nicely.
