I have a 2K convertible that the rear tire pressures are displaying opposite of what they should be. How do you teach which sensor is the right rear and which is the left rear??

Important
Make sure the vehicle has been stationary for at least 2 minutes before attempting to program the tire pressure sensors.

Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Press the DIC RESET button in order to clear any warning messages.
Press and release the OPTIONS button until the DIC display is blank.
Press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds.
Press the OPTIONS button until TIRE TRAINING is displayed.
Press the RESET button until LEARN L FRONT TIRE is displayed.

Important
If a horn chirp does not sound after 15 seconds, remove then reinstall the sensor programming tool. This procedure may have to be repeated up to three times in some instances. If a horn chirp is still not heard, refer to Diagnostic System Check - Tire Pressure Monitoring .

Hold the J 41760 Tire Pressure Sensor Programming Tool over the left front valve stem until a horn chirp sounds.
After the horn chirp sounds, proceed as in step 7 to the next tire pressure sensor in the following order as directed by the DIC messages:
LEARN R FRONT TIRE
LEARN R REAR TIRE
LEARN L REAR TIRE
Programming Cancellation
The programming mode will be cancelled if any of the following occurs:

The program mode is exited through the DIC.
The ignition is turned to OFF.
All sensors have been programmed.
The TPM system has been in the program mode for longer than 5 minutes and no sensors have been programmed.
If more than 1 minute has passed before the next sensor is programmed.

The tool (J 41760) is a U shaped permanent magnet with a hole in the middle. I think any strong magnet will work. Be sure to follow the order displayed and work quickly.

Thanks for the quick response. I will try this tonight! Hopefully it will work with one of the magnets on my frig.

Fridge magnets likely aren't strong enough. I used an extra car speaker. I just held it close to the valve stem and it worked like a champ.
