Tire sizes?

Can anyone tell me why there were two different sizes of tires on the 1981s ?

I think one for the standard rim and one for the alu rim. Or were the alu rims standard?

15 x 8 ralley wheels were standard. The optional aluminum wheels were the same size.

P225/60R15 tires were an option for the '81.
