When Corvettes switch from bias-ply to radials - are radials acceptable for all year corvettes ??

Jack,
Not when being judged. There are a few of us who like to drive our cars, radials really improve the handling characteristics of all older Corvettes.

Radials

Jack,

I agree with Lance. I have run radials on old Corvettes and others including a '67 442 and it made a world of difference in them all. Not only in ride and handling but in stopping distance which is very important with all the nuts on the road.

Welcome to the forums.

Jack, I have ran radials on Corvettes as old as 62 and man what a difference. You might want to talk to your alignment shop though, but I think it will be the same..........Steve
