Hey Rowdy great link.tv can not begin to convey the sound and the smell.Too bad all the strips around here are closed.about three hours one way to the nearest strip.I guess the towns would rather the land be used to teach our kids how to play tennis or golf or some thing less intruesive.

I used to race at now-defunct Fairmont Dragway in West-by-Gawd-Virjinny, and at Quaker City Dragway (near Youngstown, Oh. ), which almost-closed this year, but I moved to Florida within the last year, and I am an hour away from Sunshine Drag Strip in Clearwater, 90 minutes from Bradenton Motorsports Park & Orlando Speed World Dragway, and 3 hours from Gainesville Raceway, Moroso Motorsports Park, and Immokalee Regional Raceway:
this year, Sunshine & Bradenton opened 6 January, and each track closes in mid-December!


I lived in Taxylvania, and was 3 hours from the National event in Columbus (May ), and 4 hours from the Keystones in Reading each September:
now, I only get to the Gatornationals each March.....
