torque spec for roller lifter retainer?

Maybe someone can answer this quickly... is there a specified torque # for installing the three bolts on the "spider"? Don't want that part coming loose... my Haynes doesn't list one, and my shop manual is for non-roller engines...

The '95 VIN P calls for the "Valve Lifter Guide Retainer Bolt/Screw" to have 25 Nm or
18 lb.ft. The exploded view #33 looks like a spider and is called the "Retainer, valve lifter guide"

Seems like a lot, how big is the bolt?

Maybe 1/4" across the threads. I wound up just using some Locktite and making it "snug" which is what my book said. Thanks for the response, though.
