I upgraded my throttle body today with a 52mm from Dave Koldos and obviously had to swap the TPS from the old to the new. Couldn't easily get *exactly* .54 volts at idle; closest I could get was .536-.538 (it seems to waver between those two values). Any more adjustment and it shoots to .58 - I can't seem to get it between those two values. Is this good enough?

Also - DUH note for the day. When you swap a rebuilt throttle body, and your engine won't idle worth a #(&*^#($, remember to adjust the idle set screw... chances are it's set for the OLD car...

Rich did you switch out the old plenum also? or just do the TB?

hows it running btw? any noticable improvement?

Thanks, Ken.

Mad-mic, haven't had a chance to take it out yet. Got everything back together right before dinner. Just did the throttle body, mainly because I have to send my old one back to get my core charge refund. I think I need to pull the intake off anyway to do the cam and associated stuff later, so I'll wait on that. Will do exhaust next.
