First of all I want to thank everyone for the input. It's was the tps. And me not reading the book correctly, and over reacting, and thinking a new tps couldn't go bad in 2 months. I thought I needed 5.3v and I only needed .530v +- .075. But the old switch was giving a reading of 4.0+v and it must have not survived the power washer. next time I will doulble check everthing or triple check before I cry wolf, and ask the experts. thanks again Wal

You'll want to see anywhere from 0.54v - 0.68v at idle and at least 3.45v at full throttle. The default value for WOT mode to kick in is 69% of 5.0v. As far as the ECM is concerned any value over this % is WOT.
