Help anyone!!!

I have a 97 corvette coupe and am unfortunately not a mechanic. I recently have had the problem with the service traction control system soon/ reduced engine power and the check engine light comes on. I have taken it to 2 dealerships and they have replaced the following parts: TAC module, PCM, and the gas pedal sensor. Unfortunately, after they have had my car for a week and said it was good to go, went and picked up my car today from the 2nd dealership and after trying to drive it home about 10 miles into it the same thing happened again. I have no idea what to do and after reading some of the posts, I am not the only one this has happened to. Any suggestions or solutions would be of great help. I am so frustrated with this.

Hi there,
Well, first, I would suggest that you retreive diagnostic trouble codes from the PCM/TCS.
If you search this forum, you will find the instructions to do this.
Then post them here.
Just as a sidebar, you will find a P1571H always in the PCM, do not concern yourself with this.

Hey folks,

Finally got the car out of the shop after about a month and 3 different places. I just want to thank the people who replied and tried to give answers or solutions. It is starting to warm up a bit here in Kentucky and feels great to be back on the road with the top off. It's also great that there is a site with knowledgable people who are willing to help out when you have problems. Thanks again, and to all of you who have been supporting those of us who have been doing our part in today's military I thank you too. It's nice to have someone tell you they appreciate your hard work and sacrifice. God bless you and God bless the U.S.A.
Oh yeah almost forgot it turned out to be the throttle body that was triggering the problem. Thanks for the help.
