The Calif. Dept of Automotive repairs called today... we spoke at length.... They are going to talk to ( the guy ) today.... 3 days from my first contact...Not bad.I recieved the reciept of my registered letter today, he knows the heat is on now ( Looking and small claims court web sites ) I found out that you 1st have to do the BBB or CARB path first in order to mediate the claim 1st, otherwise small claims will kick you back.
