I took my car into AAMCO to have it inspected ( to verify my claim that my 700r4 was not correct.. they 100% agreed that my tranny was bogus.
So.. CAL board of Auto repairs has mover my case up to round 2.. The mediator has stated in his paperwork That Mr."X" has not been cooperative, vauge and has not submitted any PROPER paperwork showing the detail of work preformed. and not ONE of the NEW invoices that Mr."X" has provided has my signature on them, for that alone Mr."X" is in BIG TROUBLE. THE FEILD ENFORCERS are being issued this case They will contact me within the week. The BBB just sent me their "startup a claim package". So that's where we currently stand ( for those of you playing the game at home)
