Transparent tops UVA and UVB protected?

Good question...don't have a clue, but I use a headliner.
 
If I was a betting man I'd say no; anything to save a few bucks.:)
 
Some automotive polishes advertise UV protection for paint, etc, if that's what you are concerned about.
 
What I am concerned about is getting tons of UVA and UVB through the glass top and not knowing that I am actually entering into too much sun for the old skin. Melanoma cancer kills lots of folks and I don't wanna be one of them.

That's why I got the headliner for my C7 transparent top. It shields 100% of the rays, but is removable. BTW, I'm a melanoma survivor.
