trunk lid

can't seem to get the trunk lid to pop open on my new Z06. Any suggestions?:confused

Hi there,
Well, to get it open, first, just hit the release, and then shut a door, the internal pressure should pop it up.
Then, you would turn up the rubber bumpers on each side of the lid, to apply more up pressure, until you can release the lid, and it pops up approx a fingers width.

thanks for the reply. Had no problem with the release, it's just that it wouldn't pop up high enough to get my fingers in to lift it up. Raising the bumpers as you suggested worked like a charm.Thanks
