Hi Everyone;
I've been meaning to post for some time but have just been busy. I purchased aftermarket Entrophy radiator for I believe around $380, versus the almost $600 from the others. This was an aluminum radiator, double the capacity. Its NOT direct fit as they claim and was a pain to get in HOWEVER, its been consecutive 105 to 112 degrees here in Tucson for weeks and even with my A/C going, I almost never get above 160 degrees. It will creap up to 180 if I have to idle for a LONG period of time - like getting stuck at three street lights consecutively or something but it is amazing. Granted, I did put some of that 20 degree reduction additive in there but it truly is phenomenal the difference. So for all of you who have C4's running hot, this will fix your problem!!!!!!!!!

How much improvising did you have to do to get it to fit/work properly since it wasn't direct fit?

Well, they purport it to be a direct fit. Keep in mind though I have a 91 front clip on my 90 so I'm not sure how much that factored into things. I had to completely augment all the rubber pieces that hold it in. The problem is its a bit over twice as wide. I also could not get the radiator cover to completely bolt flush which created a hood problem as the hood wouldn't shut so I had to slightly augment the hood to make clearance. For me, it was totally worth it as I couldn't even run A/C in my climate and without A/C I was running constantly 220, even with my fans wired to run constantly. So this was a night and day difference.

Exactly what did you do to the hood.
The change in cooling sounds good butchering the hood does not.

I had to grind away about a 1/2 inch section on the passenger side where there is extra preformations/fiberglass for structure. Repainted it and one wouldn't even notice unless I pointed it out.
