With Spring just around the corner (hopefully) I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with any of the aftermarket items that claim to reduce the cockpit turbulance when you remove the Targa top. Mid-America has a "Windjammer" deflector that hooks into the windshield top latches and "Vent Master" that raises and locks the hatchback up 2.5 inches to allow pass through airflow. Just curious if any of this stuff works. Thanks

Hi Ed02,
When I have my top off, the interior wind swirls clock-wise in the passenger seeat and counter-clock-wise in the driver seat. To me, that just part of the experience. I believe the "vent master" allows the swirlling air to escape the rear to it is not bothersome. As to the "windjammer", I'd be afraid what that may do to the gas mileage by increasing the drag coefficent. Just my 0.02$.

That is what I love about this forum - great tips that improve the ownership experience!

Thanks Blue Borg Brian and Vettex2 for the info. I'll try the window trick. I agree with Cavettefan, nothing like learning from the wealth of experience on this forum. Thanks again.
