This has been a good weekend for me. The carpet is finished. I was able to narrow the seats down from 19 1/2 inches to 18 1/2 for more clearance between the side bar and the consel.
I installed the quick release pins in the side bars to allow the middle bar to swing out when entering or exiting the car.
I finished fitting one on my homemade hats to the front hub and my new 14 inch rotors are to arrive Tuesday.
I roughed out caliper holder for the new increased rotor diameter but can't finish it until I actually have the rotor.
I installed studs in my floor for the seats, this works great even for normal installation of seats.
Anyway all the projects seem to be coming together.
Forgot I drilled 2 more of my new wheels for the different studs I want to run and made sleeves for the hubs so the wheels have a centering lip. I don't like the wheels to center of the studs but rather the hub.
Anyway this is 2 shots of the finished powdercoated cage with the new carpet
Good overall shot of cage
