Two "where is it" questions

1.) I saw an ad for a cabin air filter replacement. Does my '99 C5 have one and where is it? It'll be a surprise to me.
2.) My outside temperature sensor (I assume) is acting erratically. Where is it?

The outside temperature sensor is down near the radiator shroud on the right side, I believe.

I don't believe the Corvette is equipped with an air cabin filter but don't quote me. I have seen something advertised in the catalogs that affixes itself over the outside air intake vent but I don't have any other info on it. From the pics in the catalogs it appears to be a foam/sponge material.
