using grease tool to grease spindle bearings

I know a Corvette shop that will use the grease tool to grease the spindle bearings. The owner says it's works well, and the grease will migrate to the outer bearings, and should be good for over 50000 miles. Any input on this will be appreciated.

The guy that owns the Corvette shop has done many many grease jobs, and he said there is no danger of damaging seals, also the grease migrates to the outer barrings. So, I had it done today. I'll keep my fingers crossed. He told me he put 50 pumps in each side. His opinion was that the bearings needed more grease than what was there.
