V.I.N. part 3. mistery solved

First of all, thanks to everyone that was kind enough to answer me! The vin tag was under my nose all the time, i took a closer look with a magnifing glass and flashlight. the tag is there but part of it rusted away. i took the trim piece off and the inside half of the pillar where the tag is attached, rusted away! its still really strong there though. i have a few ideas how to fix it, but would like to hear any of your thoughts on this first, because all of you are more knowlegeable than me, i'm still a rookie.
