I use a Valintine One. My wife gave it to me when I bought an New '92 Subaru SVX and lt still does great. She gave me a Car Guys driving school at Lowes Moter Speedway. We kept that car 10 years I must say Subaru dumped the model after 5 years, go figure. It was a fast car even with the weight. Oh yea last thing, How many people said"what's the deal with those windows?

I'm no mechanic or electrician. I was an inside lab guy, just chemicals and stuff that'll kill you. I let the cord just flop on the Valentine. I know a cop can see it but my excuse is (if I get caught) "I use it to slow me down if I slightly get over the limit" or I hide it quickly while he's turning around. It will keep running because their's power to the cigarette lighter on my '04. In N.C. a judge said in court one time that 7 miles over would not tale your license. Now new laws are everywhere dead on 80 will lose your license(30 days) no matter how fast the speed limit is posted. I did get an 80 in a 55 but got a lawyer and it was dropped to 64 just under, it costs $360 but no points. In this state Sheriffs, Truck weighting agents and even GAME Wardens can give you a ticket. I know I got one in my '75 doing 100 in a 55(didn't get out of that one). The Valentine has tremendous range front and back. I sort of watched the dots go down one time in town and it was probably a mile or more. One thing, its hard to stop from 100 or even 85 to 70 if he tags you with instant on. I wonder if any new improvements are being made to the next generation of Valentne. That ad has been used for at least 15 years.
I know a long post but just some facts about NORTH CAROLINA. Thanks for listening.
