Valet Key / Power Switch

Hey Forum!

Thanks for the nice welcome, I always support those who support me.

I do have one question for you all, and hopefully one of you have experienced this same problem to make this easy.

When driving my car and turning the switch to "FULL" sometimes minutes, sometimes seconds, but then the light turns off, and the car returns to "NORMAL" mode. I turn the key back to "FULL" the light comes on, and again after undetermined time...the light goes out again.

I have now taken the switch apart and checked for resistance in the switch, but everything checked out "ok".

Any idea's?

You need the factory Service Manual for its wiring diagrams and the troubleshooting data for the secondary port throttle system.
