Question: Valve cover leaks

On my 96 LT1, when I bought it there were no oil leaks at on showing on top of the valve covers ( of course the dealer had it all spic and span clean ), but have noticed around a couple of the bolts going through the top of the valve covers they are leaking. They are tight and was wondering if there is a seal that is possible missing under the head of the bolts ?

My car had oil leaks and it was because the gaskets were shot.
