Does anyone have a source or information on the plastic or paper vapor barrier that is supposed to be behind the interior door trim? Usually, there is a bead of sealer around the perimeter that holds it to the door frame.

Lee, try Mike Uhlmeyer ( mru1969@aol.com ), one of our Chapter members - he makes reproduction barriers that put any of the ones from the regular vendors to shame, and they come with the adhesive bead already applied, ready to install; better than the OEM originals, too.

Hi, I tried to email this guy about the vapor barriers and my email is returned because I'm not on his email list, do you know of any other way to contact him?

I don't know why your mail was returned. I did contact him via that address.

I can save further effort and let you know he only does 1963 - 1967. I see in your signature you have a C3 also. I 'm using Tyvek on my car. You can't see it anyhow.
