Vent

HOW DO YOU GET OUTSIDE AIR ONLY. NO AC. WITH FAN?
If I put on vent I get no fan. If I push the fan up the air comes on.
What is up with this?:J

Mike,

First off, I think you posted in the wrong thread.

There is a button on your door that allows fresh air in.

One thing that chevy did was to reduce the number of parts for the c5, I'd bet one of the parts they purposely ignored was the vent.

 

[Pinstripe]

Push MODE until it shows upper vent posistion
Push A/C button to turn off light
Turn TEMP control knob to 60 degrees
Set FAN speed to whatever you like

You are now pulling in outside air at ambient temp.
