Gone but not forgotten
The top frame I bought for my 68 has the header tack welded to the frame was this done at the factory or at a later date. I cut the welds to remove it to clean it up in my blast cabinet and I wonder if I should tack it back together?
The only rust on it is in this area since I plan on replacing it some time in the future I was hoping welding is not required. I just want to repair the rust so I can use it for a few more years.
