I have a vibration when I get up to about 60+Mph... It does this most of the time but not all the time. I figured it was the tires out of balance, but had them done twice and also changed rims and tires. Seems like if I do a burn out before I hit the Highway it doesn't seem to vibrate as bad....... Is it the Universal joints or the hub bearings? I hope it's the universal joints "cheaper".........

The universal's would cause you trouble all the time I would think. Did you have an alignment done on the car. Something I would try is moving the front wheels to the rear and moving the rear wheels up front.

Is the vibe coming from the front or rear? Swapping tires, as was suggested, may help answer.

This can be a real PITA, as vibes can come from un-round tires, bent wheels, tire cords shifted, unbalanced drive or half shaft(s), wobbly brake disc, or bad U-joints.
- A good tire balancer should have discovered any wheel/tire issues on at least one of the times they had yours. Carefully inspect them for wear pattern, cupping and the like.
- I had un-round Dunlops on a split-window; they had to be trashed.
- My stock '84 Z-51 wheels are drilled slightly off center;balance was good for only 10k miles, but the new wheels cleared everything up.
- One set of tires needed to be trimmed slightly, to make them truly round.
- Bad U-joints may sound/act differently when accelerating, decelerating or cruising.
- Alignment may be an issue, which will eventually show up in improper tire wear.

It's a process of elimination, with the easiest and cheapest things checked first.

I had a similar problem when I bought new tires. The jokers that out them on forgot to balance one of the front wheels.

but in your case: ditto to what WhalePirot said.
