- This is the second of two videos showing how I fixed the horn on this 1999 Chevrolet Corvette (C5) with the tilt steering column. This shows the assembly of all of the components of the steering column to replace the cancel cam, the horn/airbag assembly and the two-piece column shroud. The first video shows the disassembly and the repair of the horn membrane. I make no claims about the correctness of this procedure. I'm just showing you what worked for me.
