vortech carb supercharger

you know the one that fits under the hood...does anyone know if it will work or will it not fit/need a new hood? for the c3's I have an 81...I am looking into doing this pretty soon.

Bud has a member in his club with a Vortec style super charger hooked to a TPI in a 81 Vette. It fits...I don't know how, but I have seen the pics and it looks great!

With an L88 style hood you should have enough room to run the hat over the carb.
