I took the Corvette in for a detail service, I usually do the work myself, am I getting lazier or feeble? Another topic another day but....

Some time after this I popped the hood and noticed the fuel line clip was OFF!! just at the firewall.

Question: why did the fuel line stay on? Does it take an extra umph to pull it of it's fitting?

Could the car have burned to the ground?

Why would a detail person pop the clip? :W

Thats a safety clip in place in case the coupling does for some reason come loose!!:thumb:thumb:thumb
It'll still take a special tool to get the coupling disconnected if you'd need it off!:thumb
