water spots

After washing my car and the water dripping out of the mirrors-it has formed a water line(water spots) clear to the bottom of my door. I tried some quick detailer spray and rubbed with a microfiber towel but I can still see the line. Does anybody have a idea-to get rid of these water spot lines?

After using the Detailer, I have used a quick spray wax that seemed to work
as a bandaid till the next wax job.

Clay bar the area first. I then would examine the area and see what is left. If there are still imperfections, I would use Swirl and Haze remover, then Fine Machine Polish and finish up with Super Machine Wax. (All Adams Polishes products)
