I don't know if is just here in Hawaii but I noticed that when I wave to some fellow vette owners the ones with the newer models hardly wave back.

Aloha,

-That seems to be the consensus from the posts I've read. Wave anyway, what the heck!

Aloha kakou

A few months ago I was going down H1 and spotted a red C4 in the lane next to me. When I got up to the guy he looked over and I gave him the wave. He nodded his head and sort of laughed but no wave back. Maybe it was because I was in a rental car and not my Vette. Oh well I still wave.

A hui hou

Lets keep on waving folks... Wave me please... If you can see me from 10,000 miles!

:L :beer :_rock ;LOL

Waves

I'm here in California and it seems as though most C5 owners are ignorant of the tradition. Let's see what happnes when the C6 is on the road.

Allot of poeple don't wave back, but I wave anyways, Some will, Some won't, So what......

My take...

The wave is an acknowledgement of an American tradition.
So when I wave, its aimed at the car....not so much the driver.
This is for SSTibet:w :w :w :w :w :w :w :w
