Weight of your LT1 coupe?

I love the LT1 corvettes, they are probably the most versatal early shark era Corvette out there! I have seen the weight shown in the early automotive test magazines of examples tested. Would like to know if any members weighed theirs! I don't have a LT1 currently, but my LS6 weighs 3340lbs certified with about 1 gal of fuel in it, practically running on vapors. Warren

Hello Warren, Eric here fellow Early Sharks club member, I corner weighted my Green 1972 LT-1 coupe several years ago, with out the T-tops and rear window and 1/2 tank of gas (race weight), I was right at 3,200lbs (I'm the guy from Vette Magic.)

My 69 coupe weighs in at 3025 lbs with a full tank. I put the car on a diet as I was rebuilding it.:cool
