Weird load noise after I turn the car off.

Hoping someone might have experienced this before and can tell me what might be going on with my 2003 Z06. It just started happening and doesn't happen everytime but when I turn the ignition off after a drive this really load grinding brrrrr type sound that seems to come from the front passenger area starts as soon as the ignition is turned off and lasts for about 3 -4 seconds. Anyone have a clue what the hell that might be? My mechanic has no clue and there is no signs of any issues when the car is running.

I'm totally at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I figured out last night its the right front headlight. It goes uo and down with no issues but it makes that noise for a few secondas after it's down. Can't be a gear issue but the light motor must be still trying to pull it down for some reason. Anyone have any suggestions on a fix? Can I reset it by unplugging it?
