We're Here...the CCC has Found You!

For those of you familiar with us from the Udder Place, you only thought you could escape! Oh, how wrong...

For those unfamiliar with us, the CCC (Colorado Corvette Crazies) are a non-club; a small, loose group of northcentral Colorado vette owners that gather frequently to tune and do major tech jobs on our Vettes (mostly C2s, but not all), hang out and VERY top-self stuff..... Our "top-self" tech guy is Lars (Lars Grimsrud), an immigrant rocket scientist (literally) with questionable personal habits, who drools at times, but knows how to make ANY muscle car do what it was built to do. We also include Milehigh66 (Kurt), and others who can introduce themselfs when they land at this site. All of us have been long-time members of the Udder Place.

Tomorrow, we are going to replace and rebuilt the entire suspension and brake system on a 1964 coupe in a day or less. In doing this, we will have a great time killing off some assorted malt beverages and generally enjoying ourselves. As photog for the group, I will post photos of this tech session as Admin Rob will allow. It will be an interesting day that we hope to share with you in this, for us, new venue.

Welcome to the Corvette Action Center. Jeff, I responded to your email regarding photo posting in the forums. I will briefly repeat here what I sent to you privately:

The forum software only allows you to post/upload one photo per post. However, we do have a Members' Only Gallery which is linked in the light blue bar you see above here.

Each member is allowed 700 kb of space - just under 1 megabyte. You can upload your photos there and then link to them in your posts so that you can show multiple photos in one post. Just be aware that you can only link to them here in the forums. I have the photos directory protected from external linking on other sites in order to try and keep bandwidth to a minimum.

If you need help with the photos, you can contact either me or any of the other moderators and admins.

Unfortunately, given the disgustingly grotesque weather (yes, I'm being nice with my adjectives...), coming our way tomorrow, I am hoping to be online most of the day as I'm trying to roll out a new project for the site here. Should you need assistance, drop me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
