For 96 LT1...

Presuming the engine/trans is fully warmed up, in 4th, etc... At what minimum speed should the 4L60 be locking up electrically via the TCC or whatever?

Would the lockup speed vary based on having a G44 rear end ratio?

On other GMs from the 80s I've seen them lock up in the low 30s. But the LT1 in question seems to lock up at a significantly higher speed (does have G44).

thanks

Corvettes are always calibrated differently from other GM models.

PCM determines when the lock-up occurs. If your LT1 locks up around 40mph, you are probably good to go!

I'm not sure the exact lockup seed but it's much closer to 50 than 40 - thus my question of exactly what is the lockup speed in '96.

thus my question of exactly what is the lockup speed in '96.

There are a half dozen lockup tables each with 30-50 cells, so you've got a few hundred different lockup speeds (although the stock tables have quite a bit of duplication.) If you want an _exact_ answer then you'll need to ask an _exact_ question.

With TPS < 12.5% in 4th my stock tables have lockup at 46-48.
