The farthest from home our '81 has been is Bowling Green KY. about 325 miles one way.

Galveston TX to Montreal QC in 3 days with stops in Pensacola FL and Roanoke VA.

2358 miles total, avg 786 per day.

30 years ago - about 500 miles in my 69 when I was using it as a DD. Ct to VA Beach and back. Now when I go out for drive in my 72 for the day about 150-200 miles. I was out all day today and clocked about 200 miles and about 3/4 of a tank of gas.

Now that I found and fixed my misfiring #2 cylinder I'm going to make another 400 mile trip to the coast and back maybe in July or August when it's unbearably HOT here (I've seen it hit 113 degrees).
