what lb per hr injectors are these

I was told they are delph/lucas 24lb per hr injectors. but I always hear conflicting things that they are either 28lb per hr or they are 19lb per hr injectors. I bought them brand new for my TPI system so heres a brief description of them

solid black
light blue stripe above the injector harness plug
D1570BA marked on all 8 ... however D1570BA might be D15708A
they have a single spray nozel

So do any of you know what the true LB PER HR rating of these are
