Question: What was "Campaign C"

Today, while detailing the engine compartment on my new (to me) 1996 Collectors Edition LT4/6 Spd. I noticed a small sticker on the radiator housing that was printed with the words "Campaign C completed". It also had a handwritten dealer code on it. Does anyone know what this refers to. It it an original factory sticker or something else? Any help in solving this would be appreciated.

If my memory serves me correctly (I am crossing my fingers!) there has been only one (1) campaign for the LT4 engine.

This has to do with the rocker arm attaching pin.
